Watchmaking · Jewelry · Cosmetics · Hospitality · Retail · Customer Service — & other luxury industries

Luxury is never defined by a product alone. It is defined by how people make clients feel.

That's where I come in.

I help luxury Maisons turn their values, craftsmanship and brand story into consistent client experiences by developing people, elevating leadership and embedding service excellence across every touchpoint.

Because in luxury, every interaction either strengthens the brand or weakens it.

Drawing on more than 20 years of international experience across watchmaking, jewellery, hospitality, retail and customer service, I combine strategic vision with operational expertise to develop people, elevate client experience and deliver measurable business impact.

From global training academies to leadership coaching, service transformation and brand storytelling, I build capabilities that last long after the training ends.

Services
MORE INFO

- service excellence audit & strategy

The problem : Brand standards are applied unevenly across boutiques, markets or channels, with no clear view of where the gaps are.

Ø On-the-ground diagnostic of the client experience and service performance — in boutique, watchmaking, hospitality or after-sales — with concrete, prioritized recommendations.

  • End-to-end client journey mapping across all touchpoints

  • Assessment of existing service and clienteling practices

  • Prioritized, measurable action plan

- consultative selling & luxury service ceremonies training

The problem : teams fall back on product talk the moment a client hesitates, instead of exploring what they're really looking for.

Ø Coaching client-facing teams — sales, concierge, after-sales — in a consultative posture, emotional engagement and the codes of luxury service.

  • Consultative approach and uncovering the client's deeper expectations

  • Brand storytelling and handling objections with elegance

  • Clienteling and long-term loyalty building

- leadership development for client-facing teams

The problem : managers promoted for their individual results, but never trained to coach and grow a team.

Ø Coaching and mentoring managers — retail, hospitality, after-sales — to embed a culture of operational excellence and sustainable performance.

  • Individual and team coaching

  • Team performance development

  • Culture of continuous improvement

- brand storytelling & training content design

The problem : teams have no clear reference to tell the brand story or apply service standards day to day — training stays verbal and is never captured.

Ø Designing brand content and learning tools that turn strategy into concrete, actionable references for frontline teams.

  • Brand, craftsmanship and collection storytelling

  • Writing sales guides and training manuals

  • Learning materials tailored to each market and channel

- vip & uhnw client

management

The problem : a UHNW client handled with the same process as a standard client, undermining the relationship and the sense of exclusivity.

Ø Building dedicated capabilities to welcome, personalize for, and retain the most demanding clients, across every channel.

  • Bespoke client journeys, training & coaching

  • Non-verbal communication, presence and posture

  • Long-term loyalty strategies

- service transformation & change management

The problem : a new service standard is announced, then quietly forgotten in the field months later for lack of follow-through.

Ø Supporting organizations through the transformation of their service practices, fostering collaboration between boutiques, workshops and client service.

  • Organizational diagnostic

  • International program deployment

  • Change management and field adoption

- brand strategy & commercial activation

The problem : a product launch ready on paper, but a brand narrative delivered inconsistently from one market or team to the next.

Ø Advisory on brand positioning, product launches and commercial activation strategies.

  • Brand storytelling and craftsmanship

  • International product launches

  • Strategic partnerships and private label

Every brand faces its own challenges — but all share the same demand: that the brand promise is truly lived, at every point of contact with the client. Here are the 7 areas where our work makes the difference:

Leadership is looking for an outside perspective on service excellence and client experience

About me

Passionate about brand excellence and client experience, for more than twenty years I have put my skills in brand strategy, commercial development and leadership to work for luxury Maisons. My career has taken me through international roles at prestigious houses, before creating and successfully growing my own company in Switzerland.

This dual experience — major international Maisons and entrepreneurship — is today my greatest strength. It has taught me to combine strategic vision with operational excellence, to turn ambition into concrete results, and to ensure flawless consistency across every touchpoint of a brand.

I have had the privilege of working with VIP and Ultra High-Net-Worth clients, developing a deep understanding of their expectations around discretion, personalization and meticulous attention to detail — a standard that has become a genuine way of working.

I have also experienced luxury from two complementary angles: contributing to the growth of renowned Maisons, and living it myself while traveling the world, staying in some of the finest hotels and resorts. This perspective has given me an intuitive understanding of the standards of excellence, the meticulous care for detail, and the emotions that turn great service into a truly unforgettable experience.

Beyond the visible standards, I have learned to read what happens behind the scenes: the human potential of every team member, the fine psychology behind every interaction, and the craftsmanship of the exceptional trades — artisans, service teams, advisors — whose expertise makes every experience truly extraordinary.

A rare dual legitimacy

I've held both positions that most consultants never combine: external strategic advisor to Maisons such as Bvlgari, Louis Vuitton and Piaget, and internal operational leader — I created and led Girard-Perregaux's Global Sales Training Department. I don't just recommend what should work in the field: I've built it, deployed it, and lived it day to day.

Cross-sector expertise, not siloed

Watchmaking, jewelry, hospitality, cosmetics, retail, customer service: I understand the codes specific to each luxury industry, bringing a perspective that goes beyond the usual single-sector silo — valuable for multi-category Maisons or those expanding internationally.

Brand storytelling and commercial excellence, combined

Most trainers specialize in either brand narrative or sales technique. I bring both together: the ability to bring a Maison's story, craftsmanship and DNA to life, paired with the concrete skills that turn that story into sustainable commercial performance.

Measurable results, not just a one-off intervention

Every engagement comes with concrete indicators — NPS evolution, conversion rates, clienteling retention, field adoption of standards — so impact is visible, not just felt.
